RETURN & REFUND POLICY SHIPPING INFO
Change of mind / size exchanges: Return within 14 days of delivery in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached.
Faulty or incorrect items: We’ll repair, replace or refund according to Australian Consumer Law. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Process: Email us to obtain a Return Authorisation and instructions. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method; exchanges ship once the return is scanned by the carrier.
Return shipping: Buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind or size exchanges; we cover return costs for faulty/incorrect items.
